Leave of Absence
- Article 27 (Leave of Absence)
- A person who intends to take a leave of absence due to illness, military service, pregnancy, childcare or other unavoidable reasons must submit their leave of absence and relevant documents within the prescribed period at the beginning of each semester that was approved by the President. However, if it is deemed that leave of absence cannot be continued due to unavoidable reasons such as illness, students may be allowed to take leave of absence even before the beginning of the semester.
- The leave of absence cannot exceed two semesters either six semesters in total. However, if a student who is taking a leave of absence cannot return to school due to unavoidable reasons such as illness, the leave of absence may be extended upon his / her application.
Return Students
- Article 28 (Returning from Leave of Absence)
- A leave of absence shall be returned to school only after the enrollment of the institute is completed and approved by the President.
- Students who have been discharged from the military without undergoing military leave procedure during general leave of absence may be granted back to school by applying retroactively to military leave of absence.

Graduation Credits
- Article 2(Graduation Credits)
- A total of 130 credits or higher are required for graduation
Major Liberal Arts 65 credits 29 credits
- A total of 130 credits or higher are required for graduation
Graduation Conditions
- Article 3 (Graduation Condition)
- Completed eight semesters (exclusion early graduation, transfer student)
- Article 2, must acquired 130 credits
- Thesis, laboratory report, actual presentation, comprehensive exam (hereinafter referred to as “thesis for graduation”)
- Graduation Requirements – Those who meet one or more of the Korean Language Proficiency
Graduation Standards - Korean Language Proficiency (TOPIK) Level 4 or higher
- Meet the graduation conditions and exams for each department
- Online Korean Classes (Master TOPIK)
